Founded by Chef Gili Mirelashvili and Menachem Ohayon, MG Kosher Trips was born from a shared passion for gourmet kosher food, cultural discovery, and uncompromising quality.

Menachem Ohayon, co-founder and logistics director

brings years of expertise in the kosher travel industry. He oversees the full operational flow of each project — from scouting one-of-a-kind properties to coordinating logistics, security, and guest services.

Gili, the company’s Executive Chef and Creative Director
